The phase 3C project is proposed to be a medium industry development that consists of medium industry lots, low cost one-storey industrial lots and stalls.
MESB’s team of environmentalists were responsible of preparing and submitting an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) Report for the approval of the Department of Environment (DOE). Follow-up responsibilities upon the approval of the EMP included reviewing, analyzing and submitting monthly environmental monitoring reports to the Client and quarterly environmental monitoring reports to the Department of Environment.
