Environmental Impact Assessment (Second Schedule) for The Kuala Lumpur – Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) Project.
The EIA was conducted by a large team of diverse technical experts and subject specialists for the iconic Kuala Lumpur – Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) Project across five (5) states from Kuala Lumpur to Johor, approximately 328 km in length to identify and assess the environmental and socio-economic impacts of the project within the Zone of Impact. Appropriate’ mitigation measures were recommended to be adopted to ensure that the Project is implemented with minimal effect to the environment.
In addition to the collection and technical analysis of primary and secondary data, the assignment also included engagement and liaison with various stakeholders in all 5 states.
