Feasibility Study of the Proposed 750 – 850MW Dual Fuel (HSD & LNG) Based Combined Cycle Power Plant in Khulna, Bangladesh.
MESB provided its expertise in the feasibility study for the proposed 750-850 MW Dual Fuel Based Combined Cycle Power Plant situated in Khulna, Bangladesh. For this assignment in which the proposed site was evaluated for its suitability, the preliminary environmental impacts of the power plant was assessed for its degree of impacts within the project’s zone through the conduct of site reconnaissance surveys and assessment of secondary data. Appropriate mitigation measures were recommended for consideration and further deliberation during a detailed study phase of the proposed project.
